About

   Why.

Grant Martin, TorkStrap's president, understands the importance of safe and reliable cargo transport. In fact, his motivation to create TorkStrap came after a minor incident involving a bungee cord that went through his father's hand. From that moment on, Martin made it his mission to develop a safer, faster, and more simplistic solution for cargo transport.

Bungee cords and ratchet straps may be popular choices for cargo transport, but they come with significant safety risks and potential production delays. That's why TorkStrap is the safest, most reliable, and most cost-effective solution for cargo transport, thanks to our proprietary power band technology that provides unparalleled strength and security.

   How.

At TorkStrap, we take great care in sourcing, assembling, and delivering our products to ensure that they meet our strict safety standards and quality requirements. While we source the webbing for our cargo straps from China like many other retailers, we take great pride in the fact that all final assembly is done right here in our Santa Clarita, CA facility. Every inch of the strap goes through the hands of a trained quality inspector to ensure that it meets our strict safety standards. If an issue does slip through the cracks, we take immediate action to refund or replace within 72 hours of notification. At TorkStrap, the safety of our customers and the American workforce is our top priority.

Unlike other companies that prioritize the interests of their stockholders, our focus is solely on our customers. We're committed to providing the safest, most reliable, and most cost-effective cargo transport solution, backed by exceptional customer service and a commitment to fair pricing. At TorkStrap, we believe that our customers are a part of our family, and we're dedicated to delivering the best possible experience for each and every one of them.

But Why Should I Try TorkStrap?

Did you know that bungee cords injure more people per year than most power tools? And while ratchet straps are a popular choice for cargo transport, they have been known to freeze up and rust shut, causing people to pinch skin and even sever fingers in severe cases. What's more, ratchet straps can cost more money long-term due to production delays caused by their misuse and complicated operating process.

With TorkStrap's proprietary power band technology, our cargo straps provide unparalleled strength and security during transportation. The power band allows for dynamic tension, which ensures that the straps stay incredibly tight even when the cargo load shifts or sinks. This unique technology also features an inertia-driven buckle locking system, making it easy for users of all strengths and sizes to pull tension.

Many people assume that ratchet straps are the best option for securing cargo because they offer the tightest possible tension. However, ratchet straps use static tension that can come loose if the load shifts or sinks, making them unreliable in real-world cargo transport scenarios. In contrast, TorkStrap uses dynamic tension that conforms to loads and hugs them tightly, even if they're not perfectly stable. Our power band technology provides a smart tension solution that ensures that your cargo stays put throughout the journey, regardless of the terrain or conditions. With TorkStrap, you don't have to worry about over-tightening or under-tightening your straps - our innovative design does the work for you, ensuring that your cargo stays safe and secure from start to finish.
